Customer Service Sales Representative Toyota Material Handling Northeast, the new Toyota Industrial Equipment dealer in PA, NJ, DE, and MD is growing and is looking for an entry level Territory Customer Sales Representative. Position Overview: The objective of the Customer Service Representative is to strengthen existing relationships and profitably grow the assigned territory in the following areas: short-term rentals, service and parts sales. The position would require a high number of sales calls each day, both by phone and in the field. Essential Job Functions: ? Develop sales territory via face-to-face customer calls, telemarketing and e-mail ? Maintain a minimum call schedule for A, B, C accounts Sell parts, service, rentals and allied line. ? Achieve established targets assigned by manager ? Must possess the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and communicate the data clearly with customers and TMH employees. ? Increase parts, service, short-term rental sales ? Quote recommended repairs ? Maintain complete contact database in Outlook for all customers and prospects within territory ? Strong working knowledge of computers including Outlook, Excel and Word ? Job requires a high energy, self-motivated, organized, likeable, person who is not afraid of making numerous cold calls.
